Floral Sweater & Ripped Jeans

Recently, on one of my rare days off from work I decided to spend some time with one of my best friends Dezzare and take a trip up to Dallas- I didn’t think of taking outfit photos until a week or so late whoops-. The day was very lovely being that I was with a friend of course, weather wise it was sunny with a bit of a chill because Texas can’t decide what season it wants to be in –anyone from Texas will understand-. 

Typically, if I know I’m going to be standing for a bit when it comes to waiting on the train and buses I try to wear shoes that are slightly more comfortable and have a bit of support. However, on this particular day I did the opposite I wore nude flats I found in my mom’s closet and paired them with my floral knit sweater from Abercrombie and Fitch and a pair of Faded Cropped Skinny Jeans from Rue 21. To keep myself warm from the cool air I threw on a brown jacket my cousin found for me at Goodwill and my pink blanket scarf I received as a Christmas present from Old Navy. I felt like I really didn’t match when it came to my scarf but to be honest I didn’t really care because it was cold and I wanted to stay warm.
