One thing I love to do in my spare time is bake, whenever I’m sad, happy or just in any type of mood I bake. It’s something that relaxes even when I have to clean my mess up after I finishes. For my first baking post I found a recipe on Pinterest for easy Sopapilla Cheesecake bars. The link from the pinned item lead me to a site called Cookies and Cups. If you don’t know Sopapilla basically a pastry that is fried or a quick baked bread. Just to warn you I’m really not great at explaining so what I did was copy downed the instructions and added a bunch of pictures -haha-
